Following the publication of MEV’s Article Processing Charge (APC) policy on August 28, 2026, we would like to inform authors that all manuscripts submitted on or after September 4, 2026, will be subject to the applicable APC policy. Manuscripts submitted before September 4, 2026, will not be subject to the APC policy. Authors are encouraged to review the APC policy carefully before submitting their manuscripts.
